What I mean by that, is Robert knew nothing about the case. He obviously was just a figurehead. Somebody to point a finger at or pray that he would lie.
This article is from a Michael Savage book – Chapter: ANCIENT MASS POPULATION CHANGES
You may be familiar with the Babylonian exile story in the Old Testament. After Nebuchadnezzar conquered Jerusalem for the Babylonians, he marched most of the population off to the Babylonian homeland. According to the biblical account, the Jews were later allowed to return to Jerusalem and rebuild Solomon’s Temple.
What you may not know is that mass deportations like this were fairly routine in the ancient world. It didn’t just happen to the Jews; it happened to most conquered peoples. Not only would conquering emperors march the existing population out of the conquered territory, but they would march populations from a different conquered territory in. There were many reasons for this, but one is intuitive. By separating conquered peoples from their homelands, they were easier to control.
Not only are people with long ties to the land they reside on more willing to defend it against enemies; they are more resistant to centralized control by a distant capital. They build up long-standing legal and cultural traditions that form the basis for local self-government.
This is the argument Thomas Jefferson made in his Summary View of the Rights of British America against taxation and legislation by the British Parliament. He didn’t merely say the colonists rejected Parliament’s legislation because the colonies weren’t represented. He also said they didn’t want to be represented in Parliament; that, in fact, they could never be represented in Parliament. That’s because their long- standing tradition of legislation by their own local assemblies was the basis of their liberty.
Only a blind man could fail to see the parallel to what governments all over the West are doing now and what ancient conquering emperors did. By importing mass populations from alien, hostile cultures and deliberately planting them throughout their countries, Western nations are fundamentally changing the existing populations. Allowed to continue, the populations of Europe and the United States will no longer be the same peoples who have existed there for hundreds or thousands of years and who built long-standing traditions of liberty and local self-government.
This has nothing to do with race. It has to do with culture. In Government Zero, I told you about “Little Mogadishu” in Minnesota. That population has no long-standing tradition of local self-government or individual liberty. These refugees from an alien culture, whose offspring will be American citizens, hold beliefs that conflict with the long-standing local traditions that form the basis of local self-government for the rest of Minnesota. If the process that brought them there continues, at some point the culture and traditions of the former population disappears. With them goes their liberty.
It’s always a tough call, determining whether the liberal elites who enact these policies are attacking America and the West deliberately or are just too detached from reality in their ivory towers to see how disastrous their policies are. But regardless of whether it is deliberate or not, the result is the same. The populations and culture of the West are being artificially and fundamentally changed. It seems awfully coincidental that the new populations would be less likely to resist the border-less, globalist new world order where international boards of unelected bureaucrats regulate the political and economic lives of everyone on the planet
Now In My Words
They, the left and all that they includes, are replacing the people of the USA. Genocide is needed for this – Weather Warfare, Food Shortage and Medical Warfare. And then replacing the genocided with illegals to change the culture and voting base.
In more recent history United States displaced Native Americans. Same thing.
These are the FACTS that CNN will never ever tell their viewers.
The United States of America has had three Constitutions.
1. Articles of Confederation
The Continental Congress adopted the Articles of Confederation, the first constitution of the United States, on November 15, 1777. However, ratification of the Articles of Confederation by all thirteen states did not occur until March 1, 1781.
2. The U.S. Constitution
The U.S. Constitution was adopted and signed in September 1787, but signing wasn’t enough. It had to be ratified by nine of the 13 states before it became binding. That happened when New Hampshire ratified it on June 21, 1788.
Under U.S. Constitution “We the People” had a Republic. That means “Rule of Law” government. We had fiscal control over the Federal Government. Now Federal government controls local governments with fiat money bribes.
3. Case Law used as U.S. Constitution
1913 – a Living Breathing Constitution? Is it? Could be, since 1913. that is when Democracy, which is a stepping stone to Communism, got a strong foothold in the U.S.A. The 17th Amendment facilitated the Living Constitution/Progressive movement.
Once Democracy was in place and the Rule of Law was set aside, the Left/Communists/Neo-Cons were free to do as they pleased.
Under a Living Constitution “We the People” have a Democracy (a dictatorship by the Majority). That means “1.Ruler’s Law” government.
So Under a Living Breathing Constitution
Okay, so today we end up with basically two factions, i.e. two distinct groups of people. One, probably most Conservatives believe in the Constitution, the 1787 version. The other faction, the Left likes the case law version. The later is “rule of law.” While the left version(case law) is whatever they want the law to be. So that be tyranny!
Okay, that is too simply of an explanation. So you want more.
When Clarence Thomas joined the Supreme Court in 1991, he found with dismay that it was interpreting a very different Constitution from the one the framers had written—the one that had established a federal government manned by the people’s own elected representatives, charged with protecting citizens’ inborn rights while leaving them free to work out their individual happiness themselves, in their families, communities, and states. He found that his predecessors on the Court were complicit in the first step of this transformation, when in the 1870s they defanged the Civil War amendments intended to give full citizenship to his fellow black Americans. In the next generation, Woodrow Wilson, dismissing the framers and their work as obsolete, set out to replace laws made by the people’s representatives with rules made by highly educated, modern, supposedly nonpartisan “experts,” an idea Franklin Roosevelt supersized in the New Deal agencies that he acknowledged had no constitutional warrant. Then, under Chief Justice Earl Warren in the 1950s and 1960s, the Nine set about realizing Wilson’s dream of a Supreme Court sitting as a permanent constitutional convention, conjuring up laws out of smoke and mirrors and justifying them as expressions of the spirit of the age.
That is from the book: Clarence Thomas and the Lost Constitution
President Trump said: “But we must reject the policies of revenge, resistance, and redistribution ,and embrace the boundless potential of cooperation compromise and the Common Good.” Folks, the phrase the common good is right out of communism. What was he thinking!?
And then elsewhere in his speech president Trump made a list of the socialist ideas he was for.
And then there is the abortion issue. The Democrats obviously think they have the majority support for murdering babies, else they went be trying to change state laws to change the term of a abortion is okay to be performed at.
You should know that the Roe versus Wade decision is only the final say so if legislation isn’t passed to overturn it. And I think president Trump just signaled the legislatures that is what he wants.
In my universe it is quite obvious that the lawmakers are not interested in defending us at any age or anyplace.
At what point do Democrats become embarrassed with their leadership? Well, we all should be embarrassed with our leadership.

We voted in Trump as POTUS! He is the one we selected to execute the laws of the nation. Not some federal court.
Courts are meant to give yay or nay on whether laws are lawful. The recent federal court cases giving a deadline for an action by POTUS is absurd/ridiculous.
This is just another example, of the left/establishment using problem reaction solution where the solution only makes the problem worse. They make a problem (parents separated from the children). Then they wait for the public to be outraged. Then they propose a solution. Except in this day and age, the left does not want to solve the problem. The problem and the reaction to it are designed to last through the election in November.
And let’s be frank. This is not trumps problem, although he’s the first one to actually take it on. Ever since Ronald Reagan created the problem no administration has tried to solve it. We are talking Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obama. This fact tells me our political system is broken beyond imagination.
